We are accepting abstract submissions for individual presentations and symposium sessions:

  • Individual presentations (oral or poster) feature results from a single study. Individual presentations accepted for oral presentation will be grouped together (5 abstracts) by topic into a 90-minute session.
  • Symposium sessions are comprised of four or five presentations with a common theme. Symposium sessions will be 90-minutes in length.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstracts must be submitted by the person who intends to present the study in the case of an individual presentation, and by the chair/moderator in the case of a symposium session.
  • An author may submit a maximum of two abstracts where they would be the presenting author.
  • All accepted abstracts may be published in a peer-reviewed journal, unless you choose to opt out.
  • We welcome abstract submissions from contributors across all sectors, including industry organizations. All submissions must be grounded in empirical evidence and free from commercial bias. To ensure transparency, each submission must include a conflict-of-interest disclosure and/or funding statement.
